Konichiwa minasan! (Hello everyone!)
How are you guys? Things are good here, just learning and working hard! So remember the investigator I told you about last week? Well he's one of my teachers now.. so that's kinda weird because when ever I see him I still think about him as the investigator and me and Sis. Peterson are always a little embarrassed because we cried so much in front of him haha. This week has been kinda crazy. We've been going to all of these workshops to learn how to use our resources and time better and how to teach most effectively and it's been kind of overwhelming to have all these things we need to fix or start doing or stop doing. So there's a lot to improve on. We start teaching our new investigator tomorrow. That will hopefully go better than last time! Oh on tuesday for our devotional Elder Cook came! It was amazing. He talked a lot about Japan for some reason. It was just really cool and it felt like he was talking like specifically to all the Nihon (Japan) missionaries. It was the best! So starting tomorrow we get to meet with our assigned coach. Me and Peterson shimai (Sister Peterson) were assigned to Black shimai (Sister Black) ... she's the only shimai teacher in our zone. And we heard she is super awesome! So I'll let you know how that goes next week... Okay and our daisenpai (senior companions), the 10 missionaries in our zone that have been here for 9 weeks... they leave Monday! It's pretty crazy! They are so excited but super nervous too! but they're gonna do awesome! In about 2 weeks there will be 90 Japanese speaking missionaries coming here! When I came there were only about 40. But the MTC gets really packed this time of year.
I love you guys! Hope you all are doing well! Did you get the pictures I sent?? Talk to you soon!
Aishitemasu! (I love you!)
